ORDERING:
Currently the Empyre Transport Company website uses Paypal for all orders via this website,
please direct any questions directly related to your paypal account to Paypal.
If you would prefer to pay via Money Orders, Checks, and CODs please email
with the quanity, names, colors (if required), and sizes (if required) of the items you wish to purchase.
All items not purchased directly thru the website will be charged at full price.
SHIPPING:
Orders are only processed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) and all items are subject
to availability. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before your
package is shipped.
All information about your order is done via email. Questions about your order can be directed to
and will be responded to withing 1-2 business days.
Shipping fees are based on your order's cost.
RETURN POLICY:
Only items that have not been worn or washed and do not show signs or wear will be available for returns or exchanges.
Customer pays all shipping costs on all returns or exchanges sent back to Empyre Transport. Exchanges sent back to the
customer will be covered by Empyre Transport only once per purchase per item.
BEFORE any return or exchange can be made, the customer must email Empyre Transport via
for a Return Authorization Number.
All returns or exchanges REQUIRE the original invoice received with your package and a Return Authorization Number.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. Opened CDs, lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned.
Empyre Transport has the right to deny any return or exchange for any reason.
